Custom embroidery · Kent & London Your logo, stitched properly.

Workwear your team actually wants to wear, and branding that survives two hundred washes. We digitise your artwork and stitch it onto anything from a single jacket to a thousand polos — out of our workshop in North Kent.

Embroidery services

Six things we embroider,
every single week.

Fifteen-head machines, a full thread library including metallics, and an in-house digitiser. If it can go in a hoop, we can put your logo on it.

  • Navy workwear jacket with a red and white garage logo and phone number embroidered on the back.

    Workwear & uniforms

Jackets, hi-vis, softshells, overalls and tunics. Hard-wearing stitch settings that hold up to industrial laundry.

  • A stack of white polo shirts each embroidered with a school crest.

    Polos, shirts & schoolwear

Left-breast logos, crests and names. Crisp small-text settings so a 6mm typeface still reads cleanly.

  • A white and navy trucker cap with a script logo embroidered on the front panel.

    Caps & headwear

Proper cap hoops — front panel, side, and rear. Flat or 3D puff on snapbacks, beanies and bucket hats.

  • Grey hoodie with a pink events-company logo embroidered on the chest.

    Branded merch

Hoodies, tees, totes, backpacks, towels and blankets — the kit people keep, rather than the kit they bin.

  • A pile of natural linen eye pillows, each embroidered with a pink lotus and a spa's name.

    Event embroidery

Weddings and parties — napkins, table linen, bathrobes, sashes and favours. Every piece can carry a different name, at no extra cost.

  • A corgi's face embroidered in colour onto a grey fleece pullover, below the chest zip.

    Personalised gifts

Monograms, names and dates on robes, towels, blankets and babywear. Single items very welcome.

How custom embroidery works

Four steps to get
your items embroidered.

  1. Send your logo

Any file you have — even a phone photo of a business card. Tell us the garment and rough quantity.

  2. We digitise it

Our digitiser hand-plots the stitch path so the artwork reads properly in thread, not just on screen.

  3. You approve a sample

We stitch a sew-out and send you a photo. Nothing goes into production until you say yes.

  4. We stitch & ship

Back with you in 5–7 working days, posted UK-wide or collected from the workshop.

Why choose our embroidery

The difference is
in the digitising.

Most embroidery problems aren’t machine problems — they’re stitch-file problems. Puckered fabric, filled-in counters, fuzzy small text: all of it traces back to artwork that was auto-converted rather than properly plotted.

  • Hand-plotted stitch files. Density, underlay and pull-compensation set per fabric, not per preset.
  • You see it before we run it. A physical sew-out photographed and approved on every new logo.
  • One item or ten thousand. Same setup, same care — we don’t price small jobs out of the room.
  • Your garments or ours. Send your own stock, or buy through us at trade prices.

Customer reviews

Quietly relied upon.

  • “We’d been through two suppliers who couldn’t get our logo to sit right on softshells. First sew-out here was spot on. Forty jackets, back in a week.”

Operations Manager · Building services firm, Dartford
  • “They took a scan of a 1980s club badge and rebuilt it in thread. The detail is better than the original.”

Club Secretary · Sports club, Medway
  • “I only needed six aprons and nobody else would touch it. Priced fairly, done in three days, and they matched our brand colour exactly.”

    Owner · Independent café, Sevenoaks
