Workwear & uniform
embroidery in Kent.

Workwear takes more abuse than any other garment we handle — 60°C washes, tumble drying, and being worn every day for two years. That changes how we stitch it, not just what we stitch on it.

Navy workwear jacket with a red and white garage logo and phone number embroidered on the back.

What we stitch it on

Garments we handle.

Softshells · Hi-vis vests & jackets · Fleeces · Overalls & coveralls · Work trousers · Tunics & aprons · Bodywarmers · Waterproofs

Supply your own stock or buy through us at trade prices — either way it’s one quote and one delivery.

Worth knowing

A few things
we’ve learned.

Denser stitch, stronger backing

Workwear logos get a heavier underlay and a tighter stitch density than a promotional polo would. It costs a little more thread and stops the design opening up after repeated hot washes.

Hi-vis without wrecking the certification

Embroidery on EN ISO 20471 garments has to stay off the reflective bands and within the permitted logo area. We place to the chest or the back yoke and keep clear of the tape.

Waterproofs need care

Every needle through a waterproof membrane is a hole. On technical shells we keep stitch counts down and can advise where a heat-applied badge is the better call — we will tell you when embroidery is the wrong answer.

Names as well as logos

Adding a first name under the logo is a few pence per garment and dramatically cuts down on kit going missing. We can run a different name on every piece in the same batch.
