How custom embroidery works

Four steps to get
your items embroidered.

  1. Send your logo

Any file you have — even a phone photo of a business card. Tell us the garment and rough quantity.

  2. We digitise it

Our digitiser hand-plots the stitch path so the artwork reads properly in thread, not just on screen.

  3. You approve a sample

We stitch a sew-out and send you a photo. Nothing goes into production until you say yes.

  4. We stitch & ship

Back with you in 5–7 working days, posted UK-wide or collected from the workshop.

Before you order

What we need
from you.

  • Artwork, in any state. Vector (AI, EPS, PDF) gives the cleanest result, but a clear photo of a business card or an old shirt is genuinely enough — we rebuild it either way.
  • Roughly how many. Exact numbers can come later. We just need to know whether we’re pricing six or six hundred.
  • The garment, or a budget. Send your own stock, or tell us what you want and we’ll quote the garments at trade prices alongside the stitching.
  • Where it goes. Left breast is the default. Sleeves, backs, cap fronts and collars are all fine — just say.
  • Your deadline. Standard is 5–7 working days. If you need it sooner, say so up front — small runs can often go same-week.
