What is the minimum order?
One item. We’ll happily embroider a single jacket, and we’re equally set up for runs into the thousands.
How long does an order take?
Most orders are back with you in 5–7 working days from artwork approval. Same-day and next-day turnaround is often possible on smaller runs — just ask when you request your quote.
What file do you need for my logo?
Whatever you’ve got. We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, CDR, PNG, JPG, TIFF, GIF and BMP. Vector artwork gives the cleanest result, but we regularly work from a photo of a business card or an old printed shirt.
How much does logo digitising cost?
Digitising is charged separately, from £10. It is a one-off cost per logo — once your artwork has been digitised, every future order using it carries no further digitising charge. We confirm the exact cost before we start, and the stitch file is yours to keep.
Can I supply my own garments?
Absolutely. Post them to us or drop them off. Alternatively we supply garments at trade prices from Fruit of the Loom, Gildan, Uneek, Regatta and others.
Do you charge VAT?
No. The price we quote is the price you pay. Delivery is from £6 depending on parcel size, or collect from us in North Kent by appointment.
Do you cover my area?
We’re based in North Kent and work with businesses across Dartford, Gravesend, Medway, Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells, Canterbury and Ashford, plus south and central London. Anywhere else in the UK — we post.
