Starting prices per garment, for embroidery on garments you supply. Logo digitising is charged separately from £10, and we don’t charge VAT. Send us the details and we’ll price your exact job.

- Minimum order is one item. Under 20 pieces we price individually — ask and we’ll come back the same day.
- Digitising. A one-off charge from £10 per logo; no further charge on repeat orders.
- Delivery. £6+ UK-wide, or collect from North Kent by appointment.
Understanding the quote
What actually
moves the price.
Embroidery isn’t priced by size, it’s priced by stitch count — how much thread the machine actually lays down. Four things drive it.

Stitch count
A solid filled block costs more than an outline of the same size. Detail and fill, not width, are what you pay for.

Quantity
The machine is threaded once and runs. Fifty pieces cost far less each than five — the jump from 20 to 50 is the big one.

Colour changes
Up to about six colours makes no practical difference. Beyond that we may add a little for the extra thread changes.

Position
Left breast is quickest. Caps, sleeves and full backs need different hooping, so they sit slightly higher.
